What you are using

An advertising and booking service for dead animal removal in Newark and Licking County, Ohio. Using the site, calling the number on it, or sending the form means these terms apply to you.

Your contract is with the operator

When work is agreed, it is agreed between you and the independent operator who calls you back. They set the price, the schedule and the scope. Payment, invoicing, any warranty and any dispute about the work are between you and them. This site is not a party to that agreement.

Nothing here is a quote

No page on this site publishes a price, and no page commits anyone to a price. What the cost page describes is what tends to move a number up or down. The figure that counts is the one the operator gives you after they understand the job.

Availability

Coverage depends on the operator currently working the area, and that can change. A job inside the area shown on the service area page is one we expect to be able to place, not one we guarantee will be taken.

Accuracy

Everything published here is written to be accurate on the day it is written, including the parts describing who is responsible for an animal on a public road. Government departments change their arrangements without notice. Confirm anything that matters with the authority named on the page.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. It is not liable for the work an operator performs or fails to perform, for a decision you make based on information published here, or for losses that follow from either. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Ohio or federal law that cannot be waived.
